Sunset

This evening I walked up to the market to fetch some things for dinner, and feeling raindrops while walking back, I looked up at the sky. I was unprepared for the orange plumes streaking the view to the west, palms and other tropical fauna silhouetted against the burnt sky. I have a friend who lives just on the edge of town, and little rivals the sunset view from his rooftop - looking across the rice paddies to the mountains across the river, but tonight, I was satisfied with the view from my own little soi.


Its hard enough to capture a sunset on film, but alas, this damn site has once again washed out too much color from my photos.
